Analysis & Documentation: Interpret scopes, drawings, and commercial terms; develop assumptions, clarifications, and high-quality documentation.
Quality & Risk Management: Audit proposals, identify risks, and ensure adherence to standards.
Tender Preparation: Plan and manage tender bids, maintain files, ensure compliance, liaise with suppliers/subcontractors, and support project handovers.

Experience in HV substation and line construction tender preparation.
NZ-based experience in high-voltage systems (above 33kV).
Trade-based electrical qualification (minimum).
Technology: Proficient in MS Word, Excel (advanced preferred), Outlook, and MS Project.
Skilled at interpreting plans, diagrams, and technical drawings.
Locations include Wellington (Haywards preferred). Will also consider applications from Napier, Hawke’s Bay, Rotorua, and Christchurch.
Ability to communicate effectively with field staff and stakeholders.
NZ Registration (Electrician or Inspector).
Valid NZ Class 1 driver’s license.
