Description

This position reports to the Production Supervisor – First Shift and involves supervising the shift team’s progress against work plans, ensuring proper use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines within the production area.

• Supervise the shift team’s progress against work plans, ensuring optimal use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines.
• Provide regular feedback and recommendations to management on production line organization, priority shifts, and critical situations.
• Collaborate with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforce schedules and quality standards.
• Lead shift operations by allocating and overseeing shift orders, resolving technical, quality, and logistic issues.

Requirements
