Hands-on exposure to climate change risk assessments and adaptation projects, with the ability to work with risk assessment methodologies, interpret climate data, and review technical documents, design drawings, or condition reports;
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites occasionally.
Experience coordinating project tasks, facilitating workshops, or engaging with stakeholders (or comparable experience) is an asset;
Degree in Engineering or applied science in a related field will also be considered;
Previous experience in a consulting environment is considered an asset; and
If you have an engineering background: registration with a provincial engineering association, or actively working toward your P.Eng. designation;
1–2 years of experience in climate change adaptation, or at least 1 year in a similar role;
