- Lead pavement analysis, design, and implementation to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success and profitability.
- Oversee pavement testing activities, including FWD, GPR, IRI, Friction, Coring, DCP, and more.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for MOT, utilities, and other project needs.
- Support marketing and business development efforts.
- Conduct engineering calculations and prepare proposals, technical reports, and invoices.
- Manage and mentor teams, improving processes and departmental standards.

- You have a Professional Engineer (PE) license, with ability to gain licensure in other states (as needed)
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mining, or a related engineering field
- You have a broad understanding of transportation project delivery to include planning, design, and construction
- You have excellent computer skills including at a minimum, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint with the ability to learn commercial software applications
- You have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience
- You are proficient in pavement testing and design software, such as ProVal and MEPDG
- You have the ability to lead 3 to 5 professionals and engineers for the successful execution of projects
