Provide support for land survey in the creation of topographic maps.
Identification of utility sizes, materials, and types.
Collection of existing conditions information for the assessment and identification of underground utilities.
Assist with operation and maintenance of vacuum excavation truck.
Work as part of a two to four man crew.

Familiarity with iPad or tablet, a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft office software; Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Familiar with AutoCAD and Microstation, a plus.
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license prior to employment
Familiar of IOS operating system, a plus.
Must be able to walk over rough and uneven terrain with sustained standing or walking for 10-12 hour work days on occasion.
Ability to travel (up to 50% of the time)
Must be able to carry, lift and push/pull up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Work will primarily be in the field involving long term standing and frequent walking as well as include common hazards at construction and project sites.
1-3 years of utility designation experience
This position will be subject to outside environmental conditions.
Must have the ability to see, smell, hear, talk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel and twist, crouch, crawl, reach, grasp, sit, stand, and walk.
Minimum education requirement of High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to type.
Associates degree preferred.
Ability to help implement new technologies and methods.
Be knowledgeable of the quality levels of SUE and how to differentiate between each one.
Benefits
Overtime pay at time and half.
Weekend and overtime work and/or overnight work and travel may be required.
