Strong technical capability in all project phases and ability to solve complex problems including by using data analytics to support solution identification.
Demonstrable experience in sustainable resource management, and environmental protection;
Confirms that the overall program and design strategy considers and responds to the principles of a sustainable development, and natural exterior/interior design features;
Demonstrable understanding of sustainability/ESG management, and disclosure standards and guidance;
Demonstrable understanding of sustainability with a particular interest in protection of natural environment and integration of natural systems in an urban/commercial setting;
Confirms that the design considers self-sustaining natural ecosystems and infrastructure requirements, balancing ecological development with maintenance and wildlife management considerations;
Experience of delivering sustainability outcomes in the infrastructure sector. Experience in large complex programs considered an asset;
Typically, a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the environment, energy, or sustainable design sector;
A Recognized degree in related engineering, planning, or sustainability field and professional certification (PE, CEM, LEED AP, ENV SP);
