The Facilities Engineer will ensure operational excellence and workplace safety by overseeing daily site activities and the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and equipment systems. This role guarantees compliance with government, client, and internal policies while addressing technical challenges as they arise.
In addition to day‑to‑day operations, the engineer will help define engineering service standards, develop site‑specific processes, and manage maintenance inventory. A proactive approach to preventive maintenance will be used to minimise equipment downtime and protect critical assets.
Building strong tenant relationships and coordinating with local authorities are essential, as is leading a technician team through training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative culture. The role promotes teamwork, core JLL behaviours, and a high‑performance environment.
Performance is measured against service level agreements and key performance indicators, requiring a results‑driven mindset. Candidates should hold an engineering diploma or degree (electrical or mechanical) and have three to seven years of facilities management experience. The position is on‑site in Singapore and encourages applicants even if they do not meet every requirement.
