The Finance Manager is responsible for accounts payable and overall financial management to support end‑to‑end finance activities for a globally recognised banking and financial‑services client, helping them achieve their real estate goals. The role performs a variety of month‑end accounting and finance tasks and collaborates with facilities, finance, real‑estate services and project‑management teams across India and the wider region.
In this position you will champion Cushman & Wakefield’s culture, model organizational values and hold peers accountable, while complying with all company policies and processes. You will also ensure a thorough understanding of the brand’s service offerings and maintain a safe work environment, avoiding any actions that could jeopardise health or safety.
The ideal candidate has business‑level English proficiency, a commerce/finance/accounting degree and four to five years of experience in a finance manager or senior property accounting role; CA or equivalent postgraduate qualifications are a plus. Experience handling large data volumes, working with regional teams, and strong IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools are also required.
