May use a skid steer and/or a front-end loader to move materials within the plant.
Controls weed and grass growth by using weed killers, sprays, etc.
Mows, waters, and trims the grass around company premises as needed.
Assists office personnel on special tasks such as mass-mailings, filing, shredding, etc.
Regularly uses a shovel, broom, and/or a chipping gun to clean various parts of the plant.
Cleans and maintains office area in absence of Janitor.
Keeps grounds free of trash.
Picks up trash on the grounds.
Maintains the grounds using mowers and trimmers.
Performs janitorial type functions in the office.

Must possess good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Must have mechanical aptitude.
Must communicate effectively using appropriate interpersonal skills.
Must have 2 or more years of experience using lawn equipment.
Must possess steady work history.
Must have an excellent safety record and be safety conscious at all times.
