We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to join our Omaha team. In this leadership role, you’ll manage all on-site construction activities, guide field teams, uphold safety and quality standards, and ensure each project is completed on time and within budget.

  • Proven ability to interpret drawings, manage schedules, and drive results
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • 5+ years of superintendent experience on mid- to large-scale commercial projects
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus—but experience and leadership count most
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Procore or scheduling tools a plus
