Provide emergency (24-hour) technical support to customers and Service Technicians in their effort to troubleshoot system problems, traveling to the customer’s site if necessary.
Provide technical support to customers, sales representatives, and Service Technicians as required to maintain the highest possible level of customer support and satisfaction.
Assist senior technical personnel in proving system/station configurations on in-house systems.
Perform microprocessor-based system start-ups at domestic and international customer locations.
Assist in performing microprocessor-based system upgrades and develop a working knowledge of all current microprocessor system feature software releases.

Must be able to satisfy international visa requirements
Completion of required skill elements
Associate degree in electronics or equivalent work/military experience
Become proficient in the use of the SST, Console, SP2 & E3 Configurators.
Six (6) months previous experience as a Service Technician I
Ability to lift 35 lbs.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally
Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
Ability to obtain BOSIET Certification & TWIC Credentials
Ability to read color code charts and work in an industrial environment (can not be color blind)
High school diploma or equivalent
Become proficient in system troubleshooting.
