The Territory Representative – Retail 2‑Step will serve as the front‑line liaison for Milwaukee Tools, driving direct sales and warehouse transfers across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include executing national account strategies, marketing new products, managing promotions, and collaborating with teammates to influence end‑user adoption, directly impacting top‑line sales and profitability.
- Drive GLR sales within assigned key dealer territory.
- Ensure 100% dealer engagement and adoption of the Milwaukee brand.
- Expand product breadth via placement programs, category expansion, competitive conversions, and sell‑through initiatives.
- Provide accurate monthly/quarterly territory forecasts that exceed budget targets.
- Train distribution partners and demonstrate products throughout the year.
- Assist with service solutions for assigned brands.
- Manage expenses according to Travel & Expense policy and stay within annual budget.
