Develop and present customized proposals, pricing strategies, and service agreements.

Work closely with the Service Operations team to ensure efficient scheduling and execution of repairs and maintenance.
Partner with Director of NA Service Operations to align sales efforts with operational capabilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding parts availability, service offerings, and technical support.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
Understanding of bucket truck components, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and maintenance requirements.
Capable of addressing customer needs with tailored parts and service solutions.
Ability to effectively present solutions and close deals.
Experience with CRM tools, sales tracking software (specifically Hubspot), and Microsoft Office Suite.
5+ years in parts and service sales, preferably in the bucket truck, aerial lift, or heavy-duty vehicle industry.
Experience working cross-functionally with service and parts departments.
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, engineering, or a related field
