The Equipment General Foreman leads a team of union employees who perform maintenance and fault repair on a wide range of tactical and non‑tactical equipment. The position requires supervision, planning, and execution of services in line with the performance work statement.
Key duties include coordinating workload, establishing priorities, monitoring performance, and coaching staff to meet quality and safety goals. The foreman also oversees compliance with contractual, schedule, cost, and quality requirements, conducts internal audits, manages short‑range planning, and tracks cost and man‑hour usage.

Candidates must pass a U.S. government background investigation, hold a valid State Real ID, a high school diploma or GED, and a driver’s license. Preferred experience consists of three to five years in tactical vehicle maintenance leadership, with familiarity in GCSS‑Army being advantageous.

- Possess 3–5 years of tactical vehicle maintenance experience as a lead or foreman; GCSS‑Army experience preferred.
- Lift 45 lb unassisted and up to 80 lb with assistance; operate in extreme desert conditions.

The role offers a salary range of $82,000 to $123,000, paid weekly for a 40‑hour work week (Saturday‑Wednesday, 0700‑1530) with potential overtime.
