Organizes and obtain parts, resources and equipment for Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule compliance and breakdown management.
Ensure compliance with rules and policies.

Two years leadership experience in mining or heavy equipment maintenance.

Working Environment:** Works in office environment and site environment. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Working outdoors in all weather conditions; working in plant environment; working in shop environment; and working in the cab of equipment or vehicle.
Knowledge of Ellipse and Maintenance Workbench preferred.
Demonstrates patience and a willingness to train newly hired tradesmen.
Familiarity with computerized maintenance systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams safely, including personally modelling leadership and safety behaviors.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, both written and oral.
Must have the ability to understand troubleshooting, diagnostics, manuals & schematics.
Ability to work in a team environment is essential to the success of this position.

Valid driver's license.
B.S. Mechanic/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
Exhibits high-quality mechanical ability and understands mechanical systems of large earth moving equipment including trucks and support equipment.
Demonstrates the ability to use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems such as Ellipse, Maintenance Workbench.
Candidates with technical school education preferred.
Wyoming Surface Coal Foreman certification or ability to get temporary permit and pass next test
Must be a self-starter, safety conscious, and able to function in other support requirements as needed.
Ability to work with little or no supervision, including the ability to assume additional responsibility with minimal supervision.
Must be a positive leader, high-quality communicator, willingness to learn and safety conscious.
