Interpret aircraft and customer specific requirements and apply as analysis requirements for respective components/systems.
Support development of new methodologies and technical approaches as necessary to suit a given project based on customer inputs.

Providing recommendations for equipment with supporting justification based on technical findings from analysis.
Effectively communicate and coordinate with the global engineering team (Analysis Peers throughout the Aerospace Division, Project Leads, Chief Engineers and Engineering Management within the Fuels team) to ensure components/systems are optimized for customer’s expectations, applicable industry standards, manufacturability and Eaton’s internal quality standards.
Supporting technical meetings with internal and external customers
Develop boundary conditions to ensure proper physics are captured and perform the necessary studies in order to learn and understand how the system behaves for all types of loading and geometrical variations.

3 years’ experience within an engineering environment
Knowledge of Fuel Systems, Assembly Techniques (i.e. Bolted Joints), and material science.
Awareness or working knowledge of Thermal Analysis, preferably ANSYS (not essential for the role).
Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills.
Keen to learn various analysis skills and motivated to develop a career in analysis.
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with failure analysis and prediction techniques.
Awareness and knowledge of aircraft fuel systems to properly model and predict the response of a component/system due to environmental conditions (Pressure, Acceleration, Temperature) and installation conditions (Bolted Joints, Seals, etc.).
Working knowledge of Computer Aided Design, preferably with ANSYS inbuilt CAD Tools (Design Modeller, Spaceclaim, Discovery), CREO or Catia.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with emphasis on technical writing and presentations (completing and reviewing), and the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
Minimum of two (2) years’ working knowledge and experience in Finite Element Modelling, preferably with ANSYS.
Experience with structured and systematic problem-solving techniques.
Awareness or working knowledge of 1D Modelling, preferably Matlab Simulink (not essential for the role).
Awareness or working knowledge of Fluid Dynamic Analysis, preferably ANSYS (not essential for the role).
