  • Identify and address potential issues to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
  • Ensure new equipment is properly tagged and entered to the current asset tracking system.
  • Assist in scheduling inspections, sub-contractors, rentals, and any other operational support activity as needed..
  • Support project and program teams with administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Partner with project controls and accounting to reconcile receipts and costs for materials, rentals, and subcontractors to ensure proper job costing.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, providing updates and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Assist in project close out document processing.
