Lead implementation and monitoring of HSE programs for the business unit, projects, subsidiaries, and suppliers.
Support corporate HSE initiatives, including facility inspections, emergency drills, and inductions.
Conduct audits, inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments (HAZID, HAZOP, JSA, Bow-Tie).
Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local/regional regulations.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure their HSE compliance and pre-qualification.
Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
Maintain risk registers, documentation, and HSE reporting in digital tools (e.g., SharePoint).
Support sustainability and ESG initiatives, including carbon footprint and environmental reporting.

We are looking for an experienced HSE Specialist to support our client. The role covers overall HSE implementation, compliance, and monitoring across our Dubai office, projects, and suppliers, with occasional travel within the GCC (mainly Oman).

Strong knowledge of industry standards: API, OSHA, NFPA, IOGP, and local regulations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to train and influence teams at all levels.
Comfortable traveling within GCC (mainly Oman).
Experience in incident investigation, risk assessment, and emergency preparedness.
NEBOSH IGC certification required; ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor training preferred.
8–12 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas or energy sector, ideally including tubular products.
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
