Engage in customer interactions under supervision
Hands-on involvement in QA/QC testing at plants and job sites—understanding how concrete properties change in transit, plastic concrete testing and job site acceptance
Support internal teams with data gathering and reporting, specific to each market/customer needs
Assist with technical service support across assigned projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a full view of the business
Observe and learn from experienced professionals in sales, operations, and R&D
Participate in field evaluations and product testing

Real-time learning through “windshield discussions” about sales strategy, concrete technology, and market-specific nuances
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in the field
Understanding of the ordering, dispatching, and delivery processes
Field experience traveling with Territory Managers and Dispenser Service Technicians visiting customer sites, and observing plant operations
Strong communication skills and a desire to learn in a hands-on environment
Currently pursuing a Degree in Construction Industry Management (CIM), with at least 1 semester completed within the program.
Practical experience with dispensing equipment , including its components, operation, calibration, and troubleshooting
Willingness to travel regionally with field representatives
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Minimum 3.0 GPA (cumulative)
