Design in 3D environment using finite element analyses, dynamic analyses, advanced seismic parameters
Design using 3D analysis software (e.g. STAAD.Pro, Strand 7)
Originates and checks complex structural engineering deliverables
Preparing discipline material take-offs
Determines the appropriate use of various structural elements such as steel, wood, masonry, and concrete to ensure appropriate material is used based on load or stress requirements
Completing technical evaluations of submitted proposals
