  • Analysing target adherence across teams and identifying gaps in performance.
  • Assisting in the preparation of customer account reviews and commercial performance summaries.
  • Utilising Power BI (Insight) to build and distribute reports to Sales and Operational teams.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement (e.g. lapsed customers, key account reviews, underperforming asset classes).
  • Supporting regular weekly and monthly reporting processes.
  • Supporting with rebate tracking and related performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with the Commercial Manager on projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Providing commercial insight to support operational decision-making.
  • Producing detailed commercial analysis and performance dashboards.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, formulas required; advanced skills a bonus).
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgement to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Previous experience in a commercial, finance, operations, or business analyst role.
