Facilitate resolution of multi-discipline technical challenges in coordination with internal engineering teams and external partners.
Manage change control processes, ensuring scope changes are clearly documented, evaluated, and approved.
Ensure timely review and approval of all engineering deliverables, drawings, and design documents to maintain technical accuracy and integrity.
Direct participation in safety reviews including HAZID, HAZOP, and LOPA studies to promote a culture of operational excellence.
Serve as the client’s primary point of contact, maintaining high levels of communication, trust, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide overall project leadership and accountability for multi-million-dollar power projects, including full lifecycle project execution.
Lead internal project teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and safety functions to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with senior leadership on manpower planning, resource allocation, and overall portfolio strategy.
Drive project performance, identifying risk factors early and implementing mitigation strategies to protect project schedule, scope, and budget.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Strong understanding of engineering design principles, construction management, project controls, and contract administration.
Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Proven experience managing large EPC projects (>$100M) in gas turbine co-generation, LNG, or related energy infrastructure.
15+ years of experience in industrial or power construction projects, including at least 5 years in a leadership role as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
