- Have worked within / close to Flood and Coastal Management in a complex setting, for example in coastal management, business case development, strategic consultancy, development of methods & tools.
- Have developed strong technical coastal expertise, and have started to apply this to support clients
- Are independent and have the ability to lead and work effectively with a multi-functional project team.
