Assistant Project Enabler

Description

• Manage project commercials and cost, including budget preparation and resource profiling.
• Monitor actual costs and hours versus budget, performing earned value analysis.
• Prepare agreements, change control notes, and invoices; follow up on approvals.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Support the Project Manager with Business Management System activities and daily tasks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI in collaboration with the digital team.
• Ensure proper storage of project data using standard templates.
• Drive process improvements through automation and digital delivery practices.

Requirements

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BE/BTech or B.Com/M.Com in Accounting/Finance (additional finance degree a plus).
• Experience in design consultancy.
• 2–4 years relevant work experience.
• Agile working.
