Produce and lead flood risk assessments
Support, develop, and line‑manage junior team members
Resolve technical modelling issues and advance technical expertise

Hold a degree in an analytical subject such as Civil Engineering, Geology, Geography, Environmental Science, Water Resources, or Engineering Hydrology
Preferably be chartered or close to achieving chartership with CIWEM, ICE, or a similar body
Experience in fluvial flood modelling using software like TUFLOW, ESTRY, or Flood Modeller
Ability to supervise and conduct Flood Risk Assessments with in‑depth knowledge of UK flood risk policy (NPPF and TAN15)
Desired: Experience in water resource assessments, Environmental Impact Assessments, and preparing Environmental Statements
Desired: Experience with UK hydrological methodologies (e.g., Flood Estimation Handbook)
Desired: Experience in Integrated Catchment Modelling, Surface Water Management Plans, and SuDS
