Interface with all disciplines, subcontractors, and client representatives at a senior level regarding planning coordination and integration.
Participate in project close-out activities.
Interface with other project control functions and project control team leaders to maintain and where possible streamline work processes.
Lead the preparation of Weekly and Monthly Project Report, Backlog analysis, Ageing analysis for internal stakeholders and client.
Perform critical path reviews, assessments, and mitigations once per month after schedule and progress status updates.
Measurement process, providing management with recommendations, and the tools, to aid decision making and reporting.
Identify the schedule risks and re-baseline, if necessary.
Interface with Cost, Cash flow and Forecasting.
Development of the project Work Breakdown Structure.
Develop a Logic Network Schedule applying Primavera and implement effective planning and progress
Support management reporting and decision making.
Monitoring & controlling of project budget.
Administer the project change control process and communicate implication of changes in project schedule. Steward the overall Change Management process

Software- Knowledge of Primavera P6 is a must.
Probability analysis for the project completion.
Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Mechanical) from Indian University (UGC approved) or from Overseas University.
Independent and proactive work ethic.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and practices.
