The Sr. IT GRC Analyst supports governance, risk, and compliance frameworks for Digital/IT, overseeing policy lifecycle, risk‑register maturity, security awareness training and compliance automation while collaborating with stakeholders and handling project reporting and cybersecurity tool testing. The position is based in Houston, with office attendance Monday‑Thursday and remote work on Friday.
The analyst may coach and mentor less‑experienced analysts as part of supervisory responsibilities.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity, technology, and data risks.
- Deploy and manage continuous monitoring technologies to improve control effectiveness.
- Create, maintain, and enforce IT policies and standards across the enterprise.
- Evaluate compliance with SOX, PCI, GDPR and internal policies, providing leadership reporting.
- Conduct monthly phishing simulations and security awareness training campaigns.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on GRC processes.
- Generate clear security reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires a solid educational background, professional experience in IT risk or compliance, and the ability to communicate complex security concepts effectively.

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or a related field.
