  • Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure accurate import/export documentation and process compliance.
  • Assign Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes based on customs regulations and product data.
  • Resolve trade compliance issues to support shipment clearance, including part classification, part number creation, and system updates.
  • Support testing and analysis of global classification and FTA tools; escalate issues as needed.
  • Create and manage Schedule B export numbers by cross-referencing HTS codes.
  • Track and report daily and monthly trade compliance metrics.
  • Train team members on import/export compliance procedures and best practices.
  • Review and process commercial invoices using internal tools to support timely and accurate import declarations.
