Ensure that all governmental and regulatory reporting requirements are accurate, timely, and maintained in accordance with government/agency regulations (including but not limited to Denver Housing Authority, Colorado Division of Housing, and Denver Office of Housing Stability).
Support fundraising efforts through data, reports, and site visits.
Develop and monitor progress on key performance indicators and program outcomes.
Complete required reporting, including assessments, case notes and progress reports.
Support equity & inclusion work, centering resident voice and ensuring representation.
Coordinate and collaborate with onsite property management.
Ensure consistent data collection, accurate reporting, and data-driven decision making.
Develop and manage the annual program budget.
Collaborate with onsite Early Learning Center to ensure a coordinated two-generation approach.
Serve as the primary lead on resident crisis and/or complaint situations for residents and ensure effective communication with staff and residents.
Develop and implement best practice family and community support services, including case management/coaching, resource navigation, youth programming, mental health counseling, workforce development, housing and finance navigation, community-building events, and initiatives, among others.
Develop relationships with residents, provide resource navigation and coaching meetings as needed, and facilitate conversations regarding programming desired.
Supervise and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Oversee daily operations, support services programs, and manage partnerships with service providers.

Three years' experience supervising multiple staff members and running an area or department.
Knowledge and experience in Transitional Housing and/or other services-enriched housing models.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Detail oriented and organized, maintaining accuracy.
Experience in mental health, substance use, and/or crisis intervention.
Training and experience in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care.
Demonstrated experience using outcomes to drive program quality.
Five years' progressive experience in program development and evaluation working with low-income, diverse populations.
Demonstrated presentation skills with ability to speak and communicate effectively.
Ability to work occasional night and weekend hours within the work week.
Physical Demands:** While performing the responsibilities of the position, must constantly be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. Frequently communicates information and ideas so others will understand; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Must have the ability to observe details at close range.

Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Vietnamese, French, Arabic, or Swahili.
A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, or other related field or at least 8 years of related experience may be substituted for education.
