Arcadis is looking for a process engineer to work for a client in Worcester, MA. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of GMP practices, be familiar with Maximo, initiate and execute change plans on SolTraqs Trackwise, and have general knowledge of upstream and downstream processes.

- Understanding P&ID
- Ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross functional team for execution).
- 1-3 years of process engineering experience with a knowledge of GMP Practices
- Knowledge of control system is a plus (I/A DCS, A/B PLC and/or Unicorn)
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team
- Excellent analytic, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- general knowledge of upstream and downstream processes
- Ability to meet requirements in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Results and customer-oriented, strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Maximo, Trackwise, SAP systems, writing SOPs and engineering documents (FMEA, URS, etc…)
- Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
- Advanced time management and organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- BS (MS preferred), in Industrial, Process, Mechanical, Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering
- Experience with cGMPs, change control, validation.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and quickly apply new concepts and technical information
- Leadership skills, with a view to managing people
- Experience with with one or more of the following equipment: bioreactor, centrifuge, chromatography skids, UF/DF skids (single-use and/or multi-use).
