The Senior Project Manager will be a key driver of initiatives across V2X, improving PMO processes, enhancing collaboration, and facilitating project governance. The role requires solving complex problems, communicating effectively at all organizational levels, and ensuring business goals and KPIs are optimized through disciplined delivery and training of project management tools.
- Drive complex multi‑functional initiatives from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment across all organizational levels.
- Build transformation and integration capabilities, educating the company on processes and system strengths.
- Communicate initiative status clearly to stakeholders at every level.
- Lead execution of top multi‑function projects, track progress, and report to leadership.
- Develop and facilitate enterprise‑wide project practices and methodologies.
- Oversee coordination, governance, and cost management between internal customers and business functions.
- Prioritize and manage transformational projects, continuously improving core applications, reporting systems, and policies.
- Execute large‑scale service‑oriented system implementations and process improvements.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and benefits realization.
- Define, launch, and govern strategic transformation programs, creating playbooks for future acquisitions.
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365 suite and Smartsheet for project planning, tracking, and reporting.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and possess at least seven years of progressive project management experience, including exposure to international and commercial operations, large‑scale integrations, and mergers & acquisitions. Additional experience in application delivery and a PMP certification are preferred.
- Minimum 7 years progressive project management experience, including international and commercial operations.
- At least 3 years leading large‑scale integrations and 2 years in mergers & acquisitions.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, applying strategic thinking to align projects with business objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 project tools (MS Project, Visio, Smartsheet) and experienced in portfolio management.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, change management, and leading complex change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing executive leadership.
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and motivate cross‑functional teams.
Benefits
The position offers a base salary ranging from $135,000 to $195,000, dependent on location, experience, and market conditions, together with comprehensive benefits such as health coverage, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, wellness programs, paid time off and learning resources.
