Solid understanding of CDM Regulations and the responsibilities of the Designer
Bonus: experience working within an alliance or joint-venture environment
Confidence in design management and commercial decision-making
Strong people-management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
Knowledge of protection and control schemes for 11kV–132kV networks
Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent professional experience)
Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards
Experience leading teams within engineering, utilities, or distribution network environments
