Account Executive
Incharge Energy
InCharge Energy provides EV charging infrastructure and energy management solutions.
Develop and maintain client relationships while selling EV charging solutions in an assigned region.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to grow revenues
Help develop full EV charging solutions that include EV charging hardware, fleet software, solar, battery storage systems, EPC and service & support
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Leverage automation and forecast sales within Salesforce
Meet and or exceed sales targets and pipeline development
Develop trusted advisor relationships with current accounts, and end customers
Help customers understand local, state and federals incentives and grants
Serve as the lead point of contact for all sales opportunities in assigned region
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Experience working across multiple departments within an organization to develop superior customer solutions: sales, marketing, engineering, products, operations, service & support
Detail-oriented, good follow-through, able to multitask, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment to meet client and internal deadlines/obligations
Ability to structure and guide the development of multi-site, multi-market project portfolios
Bachelor's Degree plus 2-5 years of sales or project management experience working with customers and channel partners
Self-motivated, self-starter who can work independently
Must have business experience in electric vehicles, solar, battery storage, or a similar industry
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
