FM Estimator - Khobar

Description

Prepares accurate estimate reports for projects by gathering information, analyzing important metrics, and conducting regular risk assessments. Candidates should also be detail orientated with outstanding organizational skills.

• Conduct regular risk assessments.
• Identify required labor, material, costs and time requirements by researching proposals, blueprints, and any related documents.
• Prepare detailed cost estimate reports.
• Analyze company data, monitor budgets and ensure competitive costing for assigned projects.
• Attending at weekends and evenings if necessary
• Present complex and detailed reports to management.
• Collect different quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Preferred to be FMP, CEM, and/or CMVP certified
• 7-10 years of experience in
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Manual and physical dexterity needed to operate a computer keyboard with sufficient vision to read information appearing on computer display screen, in handwritten forms, and printed on paper
• Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage a wide-range and number of tasks
• Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Bachelor degree of Engineering in any of the pertinent fields to FM.
