As a Land Acquisition Manager at Fischer Homes, you will leverage your entrepreneurial mindset to identify and secure strategic locations for residential development, driving profitability and growth for the company.
You will be responsible for ensuring a steady supply of desirable properties at competitive prices, exploring alternative financing methods, performing feasibility analyses, and creating preliminary cost estimates and cash‑flow models for each site.
Success in this role requires a self‑starter attitude, goal orientation, and the ability to develop systems and processes, as well as strong strategic, feasibility, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant land‑acquisition experience, along with the ability to communicate effectively, perform repetitive office tasks, lift up to 25 lb, sit for long periods, and travel regularly to site locations.
