Description
WSP Canada is seeking a Climate Data Specialist to join its Climate Change, Resilience, and Sustainability team within the Climate Risk and Resilience practice. In this role you will support clients in planning, delivering, and maintaining resilient assets across Canada, working alongside climate engineers and scientists.
The position sits in the Environment Business Line and regularly collaborates with colleagues from Buildings, Transportation, Energy, and Infrastructure, as well as WSP’s global network of resilience and sustainability experts. You will work closely with the practice lead for Climate Risk and Resilience and contribute to both national and international projects.
- Provide climate data analysis to support climate risk and resilience projects for public and private clients.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across environment, buildings, transportation, energy, and infrastructure.
- Contribute to national and global climate change initiatives within WSP’s professional network.
- Participate in WSP’s hybrid work model, emphasizing collaboration, quality, and work‑life balance.
- Uphold health, safety, and wellbeing standards through the “Making Health and Safety Personal” initiative.
