The Senior Systems Engineer will support the company’s hardware, software, networking and server technologies across corporate offices, remote sites and data centers. The role involves developing, testing, installing, configuring and troubleshooting systems while producing documentation, diagrams and procedures. The position requires independent work and the ability to balance multiple locations.
Key duties include ensuring system stability and integrity, monitoring performance, establishing hardware compatibility processes, installing and tuning software, and providing technical leadership to IT Operations teams. The engineer also supports capacity‑planning analysis, leads technical workgroups, implements design‑driven solutions and resolves complex service requests.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT (preferred) and brings at least eight years of systems or network engineering experience in complex distributed environments. Required expertise includes monitoring, virtualization, data storage, cloud technologies (SSO, federated identity, SAML, Azure AD), Windows administration, PowerShell, Azure infrastructure, VMware/vSphere or Hyper‑V, and advanced networking across LAN/WAN and enterprise Wi‑Fi.
