We’re seeking a Commercial Construction Plumbing–Piping Instructor to join our National Training Division and help deliver industry-leading education to apprentices and technicians nationwide. You’ll play a vital role in hands-on, classroom, and lab instruction—guiding future tradespeople to meet the high standards of quality and professionalism that define Comfort Systems USA.
Plumber–Pipe Fitter Instructor (Commercial Construction)
Are you an experienced commercial plumber or pipe fitter who takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and mentoring others? This is your chance to shape the next generation of skilled trades professionals with a national leader in mechanical construction.
- A genuine passion for teaching, safety, and advancing the skilled trades
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
- Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills
- NCCER Instructor Certification highly preferred (training support available)
- Journeyman or Master Plumber’s License preferred
- 5–7 years of commercial or industrial plumbing/piping experience (minimum)
