The analyst will manage and distribute construction drawings and documents to the Integrative Project Team, track project budgets, and create related requisitions. They will oversee contractor RFI inquiries, submittal processes, and design comment responses, while maintaining lessons‑learned and risk logs. Additional duties include answering client inquiries, communicating goals to upper management, and performing administrative tasks to support efficient operations.
Guidehouse is seeking Construction Program Analysts for its Department of Justice account. The role requires up to 10% travel and the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance. Analysts will work onsite five days a week and serve as the primary contact for construction program procedures and policies.
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Top Secret clearance, with an active clearance preferred. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in program analysis, construction, design/build, architecture, or engineering projects is required. Applicants must be willing to work on site five days per week.
A associate’s degree or higher, strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent oral and written communication skills are considered assets. The role also values problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, multitasking, reliability, and a diligent work ethic.
