Waste Management (WM) is hiring drivers to safely operate heavy‑duty trucks on transfer routes. The role includes adhering to OSHA, DOT and company standards, completing pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, and maintaining a clean, safe vehicle.
Drivers must communicate any unsafe conditions, incidents or customer issues to the Operations Manager or Dispatch, participate in required training, and collaborate on route efficiency. They are responsible for dumping containers, keeping customer sites clean, positioning containers properly, completing documentation, and assisting other drivers as directed.
The position does not include supervisory duties. No formal education or prior experience is required, but a commercial driver’s license (CDL‑B) and an acceptable driving record are mandatory. Applicants must pass a DOT drug screening, physical, background check and have a clean motor‑vehicle record.

Compensation ranges from $25.50 to $35.47 hourly, with final pay based on experience, qualifications and location.
