What you would be doing

  • To co-ordinate and consolidate delivery/services data from all fulfilment sources.
  • To effectively prioritise workload to ensure all tasks are delivered to their deadline
  • To provide relevant and timely information to key stakeholders that will be used to improve performance, make efficiency gains, reduce cost to serve and improve Customer experience.
  • Collaboration within a team structure to produce high quality output at pace
  • To support UAT activity when required.
  • To complete data loading and the issuing of order related communications.
  • To ensure all work is completed accurately, following the approved process and to the required standard.

  • Strong analytical skills, being able to identify and track trends.
  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
  • Medium to advanced google, excel and database management
  • At least 1 years relevant work experience in a contact centre reporting environment
  • To be able to accommodate ad-hoc requests and seasonal peaks.
  • Experience of working in a similar role, ideally for a multi channel retailer or contact centre or distribution environment.
