- Complete a fully‑funded Level 2 Estate Agent qualification during employment.
- Must hold a full UK manual or automatic driving licence, have a vehicle under 10 years old, and provide proof of business insurance.

Benefits
The role offers a £28,000 OTE salary with uncapped commission, full‑time hours (8:30 am‑6 pm weekdays, 9 am‑5 pm Saturdays) and a comprehensive benefits package that includes 30 days annual leave, funded training, career progression, pension, employee assistance, eye care and various bonuses.
You will begin with a week of paid, hotel‑based training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, followed by on‑site duties such as marketing properties, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and maintaining client relationships, all supported by a mentor.
