- Your Role: Director of Operations: Be the architect of the company’s operational engine. Build systems, remove bottlenecks, and lead with emotional intelligence while driving high-performance execution across sales, marketing, client service, and fulfillment.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs); own operational data integrity.
- Manage third-party vendors and systems partners, overseeing special projects such as tool implementation or system migrations.
- Integrate AI-powered tools and automation (CRM, task flows, reporting dashboards) to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and solve them before they slow things down.
- Create and refine SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation for clarity and consistency.
- Lead onboarding, team accountability, and culture alignment in collaboration with department leads.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on short- and long-term strategic priorities.
- Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring alignment, communication, and execution.
