Project Executive

The Project Executive will serve as the primary liaison between ownership, design consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders—leading the team to achieve excellence on one of the most prestigious developments in the market.

We are seeking an accomplished Project Executive to lead the delivery of a landmark ground-up mixed-use luxury residential project. This executive-level role is responsible for driving all aspects of project success, from preconstruction through completion, ensuring world-class quality, schedule integrity, and profitability.

• Provide executive leadership across the full project lifecycle, from entitlement and preconstruction through delivery.
• Drive risk management, contract negotiations, and procurement strategies.
• Serve as the face of the project to investors, partners, and key community stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and phasing strategies, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and city agencies to maintain design integrity and compliance.
• Lead and mentor project management staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Demonstrated track record delivering ground-up luxury residential or mixed-use developments valued $100M+.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, design coordination, entitlement, and contract administration.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction and real estate development, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership capacity.

• Competitive base salary: $210,000 – $250,000
