Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.
Performs basic system maintenance and access requests.
Cross train and support other support function positions as requested
Organize and set up new projects with approved directories with appropriate security levels.
Update user and vendor directories.
Monitor and follow up on past due document and submittal deliverables.
Create scheduled and ad-hoc reports as needed.
Setup and support meeting minutes and reports.
Assist Procurement department with setup of bid packages within the document control system.
Work with Project Managers to structure document and submittal logs with the proper reviewers/approvers and due dates.
Mentor and train new staff and project team members on systems and processes as requested.
Develops and distributes meeting minutes and correspondence

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products

Experience in responsibility for developing, managing and maintaining the document control systems to Small/Mid/Large EPC or EPCM projects within Oil & Gas, Chemical & Petrochem business sector.
