  • Develop and Maintain Documentation Create and manage event analysis artifacts such as templates, manuals, and policy documents. Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across business units.
  • Collaborate on Technical Training Partner with the Technical Training group to support the principal trainer role, especially in supervisor training delivery. Coordinate with additional training resources as needed.
  • Lead Enterprise Event Analysis Facilitate comprehensive analyses of significant operational and safety events across the enterprise. Track and trend incidents by apparent causes to identify emerging patterns, and conduct common cause analyses when appropriate.
  • Support Human Performance Initiatives Apply event analysis principles to enhance human performance training and program development.
  • Own Training Content and Strategy Serve as the primary owner of Event Analysis training materials and delivery strategy. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and scheduling priorities.
  • Emergency and Storm Response Role Participate in emergency and storm response assignments, activated during power restoration efforts or other critical service disruptions. This role may require after-hours work and schedule flexibility.
  • Design and Deliver Training Lead the development, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of Event Analysis training programs. Offer modular formats tailored to various audiences, including supervisor-focused sessions, brief staff meeting presentations, full-day workshops, and progressive learning tracks.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study (cognitive science, industrial psychology, human factors, biomedical engineering, etc.).
