Proposer et piloter les actions d'amélioration continue en vue d'optimiser les processus et méthodes au sein des places d’affaires (ex : digitalisation)
Participer à la préparation des travaux : planification, approvisionnements, modes opératoires, etc.
Encadrer et superviser du personnel syndiqué et non-syndiqué sur le terrain et en dehors
Échanger avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et s’assurer de leur satisfaction
Rédiger les modes opératoires et les documents opérationnels d'intervention nécessaires au bon déroulement du projet
Optimiser la maintenance des équipements de chantier (camions vacuum, haute-pression, écureur, etc.)
Organiser et suivre la bonne réalisation des travaux de nettoyage industriel et assainissement
