Description

The role aims to deliver personalized, high-quality guest experiences by understanding individual needs, managing escalated issues, and providing exceptional support to VIP and special guests. It focuses on building long-term relationships, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring seamless coordination of events and special requests.

• Provide personalized, exceptional experiences by understanding guest preferences and anticipating needs.
• Resolve escalated guest issues, complaints, and conflicts, collaborating with other departments for prompt solutions.
• Cater to VIPs and high-profile guests, arranging personalized services with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Promote loyalty programs, offer exclusive benefits, collect feedback, and build long-term guest relationships.
• Assist in planning and coordinating special events, conferences, and meetings with organizers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Hold a graduate degree, preferably in business management.
• Possess 2-3 years of reception or front-desk experience; automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Arabic optional).
• Work well in a professional, high-pressure environment as a good team player.
• Exhibit strong business relationship management skills and a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
