- File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- Manage bookkeeping and financial record-keeping to support accurate reporting and compliance.
- Manage and resolve security-related tickets (ICM tickets) in coordination with relevant teams.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
- Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect documentation for entry.
- Oversee and process purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Collaborate closely with the Facilities Manager (FM) and technical staff to support operational needs.
- Provide administrative support and assist with additional tasks as required to maintain smooth business operations.
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
