- Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
- Present tender submissions for senior management review and approval.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

- Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs.
- Provide strategic input to help secure successful tender outcomes.
- Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitiveness.
- Support the transition and handover of successful tenders to delivery teams.
- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies within tender submissions.
- Produce comprehensive tender documents and returnable schedules ready for submission.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tendering systems, processes, and documentation.
- Prepare tender clarifications, qualifications, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate tender workflows to meet critical deadlines.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify cost-saving or value management opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end tender preparation, ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and on time.

- Proficiency in estimating software and advanced Excel skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Sound understanding of Victorian building codes, standards, and contract frameworks.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong experience in Projects and Medium Density is a MUST.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, costs, and materials.
- Proven experience as an Estimator within the residential or commercial construction industry.
